Reconditioning Method
Every machine has been carefully inspected with all outstanding updates and safety bulletins completed prior to disassembly. before being carefully prepped for painting, all weldments are closely inspected for any defects.
Skyjack's Recon Division has all of the essential tools needed to perform a high quality, professional paint job. They provide a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Each Skyjack machinery is meticulously reassembled so as to meet original OEM standards. The following components are replaced with brand new components: 110V outlet, the hydraulic fluids, filters and hoses, joystick controllers and the main electrical cables and main control. Additionally, each and every unit receives new batteries, tires and battery cables and worn pins and bushings are replaced.
